The RGA Leadership Academy is your opportunity to grow as a leader within your career, your community, and RGA itself. Designed for passionate, forward-thinking members, this program helps you develop the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to guide our association into the future.
Over the course of the program, participants dive into the inner workings of RGA, gain insight into the real estate industry, and strengthen essential leadership skills like communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and decision-making. You’ll also connect with current association leaders, collaborate with fellow members, and explore the impact of strong leadership on our organization and community.
Whether you're a seasoned REALTOR® or just getting started, if you're driven to lead and make a difference, we encourage you to apply. Applications for the 2027 Leadership Class will open in summer 2026. Space is limited and participants must be available for all scheduled sessions.
