membership options

RGA has two types of memberships:

  • MLS PARTICIPATION gives you access to the Augusta Multiple Listing Service. This membership is billed monthly to your broker.
  • ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP includes access to things like discounted Continuing Education classes, free attendance to events, and much more. See below for a more comprehensive list of benefits. This membership is billed directly to the member at the beginning of each year. There are two types of association memberships:
    • PRIMARY MEMBERSHIP indicates you are paying your local, National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and State dues through this Association.
    • SECONDARY MEMBERSHIP indicates you are paying your local dues through this association and paying local, National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and State dues through an association in another state in which you are licensed.

To determine which membership you should apply for, consult your broker. For questions regarding our process, please email Lauren Guillebeau at lguillebeau@augustarealtors.com. Once an application for membership has been completed, an orientation date will be scheduled for new members and any fees due will be paid at this time.

maintaining your membership

To keep your membership in good standing, RGA members are expected to:

  • Renew dues annually by the specified deadline.
  • Complete NAR-mandated Code of Ethics and Fair Housing training every three years.

Late Renewals & Reinstatements

  • A late fee applies if dues are not paid by the deadline.
  • If dues remain unpaid after the grace period, your membership will be suspended, and a reinstatement fee may be required to reactivate.
  • Brokers are responsible for notifying RGA of any office changes, license updates, or agent departures in a timely manner.

association membership benefits

Non-members pay $264 for GA forms and $165 for SC forms. Prices vary by state.
